Us Army Veteran, I am curious, thoughtful, and love to explore new things. I have a passion for learning and enjoy discussing a wide range of topics. In terms of hobbies, I enjoy swimming , running, listening music, and traveling. I have a thirst for knowledge and a desire to experience different cultures. I am a hard working and competent trainer and have trained people from ages 20 all the way to 70. With my wide knowledge of training I have given results to athletic clients, to clients with injuries, limited mobility, and disease. I have multiple clients that have struggled with weight-loss and injury for years and finally found change. Using my experience we can make a plan specifically towards your goals and needs. I like to go at a pace you are comfortable with yet still push you to where you can get results as fast as possible. I am open to either coming to your gym or house, or you coming to my gym. Whether you are wanting to lose weight, tone up, gain muscle, or get your mobility back I WILL show you results!
My training sessions with clients are always tailored to the specific goals that we’re trying to achieve and encompass a variety of exercises to create balance, total body strength, flexibility, and power, all while having fun and keeping sessions interesting and upbeat. First and foremost, I always prioritize safety and proper technique, and I will never ask a client to complete an exercise I cannot do myself. I believe that everyone has the ability to achieve their health goals and I’m really grateful to be able to guide people on their fitness journey.
My training philosophy is to work hard and intense but with strict attention on proper technique and the correct exercise progression to ensure safety. My methodology is a hybrid of traditional and progressive movements with calculated programming and exercise selection. The focus is on intensity within the set /timeframe /exercise at hand, opposed to trying to create the “flashiest” exercise or combination to gain attention. All training sessions are always catered toward the client’s goals. There isn’t any “universal workouts” I give to everyone or random programming.

We offer approximately 11–14 small group training sessions. Our group training sessions consist Burn Boot Camp for strength and HIIT workouts.
Hybrid Training
Our Hybrid training is designed to develop strength and endurance within a combined approach, potentially leading to less time training while still achieving the benefits listed above.
